1. Eligibility: This promotion is valid for residential customers who schedule an HVAC maintenance visit through Pope & Sons during the promotional period. This offer is not available for commercial or rental properties. 2. Offer Details: Customers will receive one (1) free evaporator coil cleaning as part of their maintenance appointment. This offer does not include disassembly, advanced cleaning, or system repairs, which may be charged separately. 3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid from June 3, 2025 to June 30, 2025. Appointments scheduled outside of this timeframe are not eligible. 4. Limitations: The free coil cleaning is limited to one (1) per household per HVAC maintenance booking. Offer is subject to accessibility of the unit and availability within the service area. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Final determination of eligibility will be confirmed by Pope & Sons technicians on-site. Systems requiring repair or inaccessible coils may be excluded. 6. Non-Transferable: This promotion is not transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers. 7.
