Offer Details: This promotion provides 5% off the pre-tax purchase price of a qualifying heating and/or cooling system when purchased and professionally installed by Pope & Sons. Qualifying systems include heat pumps and furnaces installed as a new system or system replacement. The discount is applied to equipment and standard installation costs only. Taxes, permits, accessories, add-ons, electrical upgrades, ductwork modifications, and non-standard installation requirements are excluded unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons. 4. Installation Requirements: Offer includes standard residential installation only. Site conditions, system sizing requirements, electrical capacity, ductwork condition, permits, or additional materials may result in additional costs not covered by this promotion. All installations are subject to a site assessment and final approval by Pope & Sons. 5. Exclusions: This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, installations, or signed agreements. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, rebates, incentives, or financing offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons.
