1. Eligibility: This referral program is open to residential customers only. Referrals must result in a completed purchase of qualifying services or equipment to be eligible for rewards. This offer is not available for commercial properties. 2. Offer Details: The Reward will be issued in a form of a Visa Gift Card. Referrers will receive a Visa Gift Card based on the friend or family member’s purchase of the following qualifying services or equipment:


  • $25 Visa Gift card for a completed repair or maintenance tune-up
  • $50 Visa Gift card for a water heater purchase
  • $100 Visa Gift card for a heating, cooling, or heat pump (single unit)
  • $200 Visa Gift card for a full heating plus cooling system or heat pump (both units)

Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form before the referred party’s purchase.

3. Promotion Period: This referral program is valid from April 1 to June 30, 2025. but may be modified or ended at the company’s discretion without prior notice. 4. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Rewards are paid per qualified purchase. Referrals must be new customers only; existing customers do not qualify. Substitutions, exchanges, or Reward alternatives (other than the designated rewards) are not permitted. 5. Determination of Eligibility: Eligibility for rewards is subject to verification by the service provider. Purchases must meet qualifying criteria as determined by the provider. 6. Reward Distribution: Reward rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referred party’s completed purchase and installation. 7. Non-Transferable: This referral program is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions. 8. 1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residential homeowners within the service area of Pope & Sons. Offer applies to owner-occupied residential properties only. Rental properties, commercial properties, vacant properties, and properties located outside the service area are not eligible. 2. Promotion Period: This promotion is available for a limited time only. Promotion dates, availability, and participating equipment are subject to change without notice. All purchase agreements must be signed, and installations completed, within the promotional period to qualify, unless otherwise approved in writing by Pope & Sons. 3. Offer Details: This promotion provides 5% off the pre-tax purchase price of a qualifying heating and/or cooling system when purchased and professionally installed by Pope & Sons. Qualifying systems include heat pumps and furnaces installed as a new system or system replacement. The discount is applied to equipment and standard installation costs only. Taxes, permits, accessories, add-ons, electrical upgrades, ductwork modifications, and non-standard installation requirements are excluded unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons. 4. Installation Requirements: Offer includes standard residential installation only. Site conditions, system sizing requirements, electrical capacity, ductwork condition, permits, or additional materials may result in additional costs not covered by this promotion. All installations are subject to a site assessment and final approval by Pope & Sons. 5. Exclusions: This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, installations, or signed agreements. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, rebates, incentives, or financing offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons. Routine maintenance, repairs, diagnostic services, or non-system installations do not qualify. 6. Availability: All equipment, installation scheduling, and services are subject to availability. Manufacturer supply, weather conditions, permitting timelines, or operational constraints may impact installation timelines. 7. Limitation of Liability: Pope & Sons is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill this promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to manufacturer delays, weather conditions, permitting issues, or unforeseen site limitations. 8. Determination of Eligibility: All promotional eligibility is subject to verification and final approval by Pope & Sons. Installed systems must meet applicable safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and local building codes. 9.
