Financing options are available, with monthly payments as low as $59 per month, subject to approved credit, selected equipment, financing term length, and applicable conditions. Actual monthly payment amounts may vary based on system type, installation requirements, taxes, fees, and financing approval. 4. Financing Terms: Financing is subject to credit approval through Financeit. Minimum monthly payment of $59 applies only to qualifying systems and approved financing terms. Financing rates, terms, and conditions are set by the financing provider and may change without notice. Pope & Sons does not guarantee financing approval or specific monthly payment amounts. 5. Installation Requirements: Offer includes standard residential installation only. Non-standard installations, additional materials, electrical upgrades, ductwork modifications, permits, or site-specific requirements may result in additional costs and are not included unless explicitly stated. 6. Exclusions: This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or installations. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or incentives unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons. Pope & Sons makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer and its standard workmanship warranty. 9.
