1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residential homeowners within the service area of Pope & Sons. Offer applies to owner-occupied residential properties only. Rental properties, commercial properties, vacant properties, and properties located outside the service area are not eligible. 2. Promotion Period: This promotion is available for a limited time only. Promotion dates, availability, and participating equipment are subject to change without notice. All purchase agreements must be signed, and installations completed, within the promotional period to qualify, unless otherwise approved in writing by Pope & Sons. 3. Offer Details: This promotion provides 5% off the pre-tax purchase price of a qualifying heating and/or cooling system when purchased and professionally installed by Pope & Sons. Qualifying systems include heat pumps and furnaces installed as a new system or system replacement. The discount is applied to equipment and standard installation costs only. Taxes, permits, accessories, add-ons, electrical upgrades, ductwork modifications, and non-standard installation requirements are excluded unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons. 4. Installation Requirements: Offer includes standard residential installation only. Site conditions, system sizing requirements, electrical capacity, ductwork condition, permits, or additional materials may result in additional costs not covered by this promotion. All installations are subject to a site assessment and final approval by Pope & Sons. 5. Exclusions: This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, installations, or signed agreements. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, rebates, incentives, or financing offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Pope & Sons. Routine maintenance, repairs, diagnostic services, or non-system installations do not qualify. 6. Availability: All equipment, installation scheduling, and services are subject to availability. Manufacturer supply, weather conditions, permitting timelines, or operational constraints may impact installation timelines. 7. Limitation of Liability: Pope & Sons is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill this promotion due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to manufacturer delays, weather conditions, permitting issues, or unforeseen site limitations. 8. Determination of Eligibility: All promotional eligibility is subject to verification and final approval by Pope & Sons. Installed systems must meet applicable safety standards, manufacturer requirements, and local building codes. 9.
